Incompetent staff at ICU .My dad got a massive stroke whilst under their care on 26 April 2019 and I had to point it out to them the next day. Dr Gerrie van Rensburg was on duty but did not pick it up until I, as a visitor, pointed it out to them??? Only then did they send him for scans to confirm what we already knew was irreversible brain damage due to that stroke. He is now bedridden,cannot speak or eat,and paralysed on the whole left side, and has to be taken care of 24/7 in a frail care facility. Who knows what could have been done to reverse the effects had they acted at all, or even better, earlier and more decisively? Update:He sadly passed away during 2020. Remember him, van Rensburg?

A great specialist who will always walk the extra mile for his patients. He is a humble person and true Christian

What a stuggle to get post-operative care referral/reference documentations for policies/medical aid. It seems post operative concern for patients is low priority.
