1. The staff emailed us a wrong appointment time and made my very ill father who needed oxygen supply, wait in reception for almost two hours. 2. Dr. Neethling made an extremely insensitive joke when he met my father. 3. He said they always have an open door policy with patients and that patients could always phone them with anything and any questions they may have. When my father’s condition deteriorated, we called him to ask for his advice. He couldn’t have been more dismissive and uncaring over the phone. Really hope other patients and their families have a better experience and that aren’t just a number on a file.
Love doctor Neethling but since the the new receptionist I haven't gotten an appointment in two years very disappointed she said she would follow up still nothing
