Called to enquire about available appointments and was met with a very grumpy front desk. Not a very good first impression, i let it of the hook thinking it would be a one time thing but whilst speaking to her I realized her was absolutely rotten. Don't waste your time here, just use other services.
VERY RUDE & Extremely impolite receptionist by the name of Andrea. She blatantly sighed and threw the phone down in my face when I asked her to take my number down and pls ask doctor to call me. Then when I called back she left the phone to ring numerous times.
Good doctor but the front desk is awful and very unprofessional consequently I have switched doctors and I’m much happier. Glad to hear by the previous comments that the front desk is being worked on though.
My wife and I decided to keep Dr Jooma as our paed ever since we knew that she's pregnant.Dr Jooma has been there for us ever since.He was there when little Umar was born as well.Umar is now 10 months and will continue to go to Dr Jooma only. Best paed ever! So friendly and approachable.I will recommend Dr Jooma over any other paed anyday! Does not rush you and answers all your questions thoroughly.always giving us excellent advice
