I'm very pleased with the service that I've received thus far. Took my son for braces earlier this year and it's been a smooth process - thanks to Dr Sagathaven and his efficient team. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful always. Doctor is patient and takes time to explain what's being done. Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend Dr Jordan Sagathaven.
Dental visits are usually a dreaded experience but this a highly recommended practice - from the very friendly, helpful and efficient front desk staff and fellow dentists to the highly skilled and patient Dr. Sagathavan. I’ve had braces and they all made the journey a more comfortable experience.
See an ORTHODONTIST QUALIFIED TO PUT BRACES, an expert in this field. NOT A DENTIST WITH special interest i n experimenting with your mouth. Don't have it done 3times and damage your mouth and spend thousands of rands correcting what could have been avoided.
Highly recommended! Appointment was on time and the practice was hygienic, professional and tidy. Desigan and Sunitha was friendly, polite, explained everything in an understandable manner and checked on my comfort throughout the procedure. This definitely put me at ease and ensured I was in great hands. I was impressed by Desigan and Sunitha going the extra mile to ensure the little things were taken care of as well. Processional , quick and painless - definitely will be back! I left with a huge smile. Thank you Desigan and Sunitha. I can highly recommend this practise and I will be back soon.
I went to the the dentist surgery for the first time in my entire existence - it was for a teeth cleaning. I was unsure of what to expect. The dental therapist, Mr Desigan, was extremely friendly and welcoming. He made the entire experience a fun and memorable one yes, I said fun! all whilst performing his duties and explaining what was going on with my teeth. My teeth feel absolutely clean and smooth, and the whole procedure was reasonably priced. Thank you Desigan :
I recently visited the dentist surgery for a first time tooth extraction. Needless to say I was quite anxious and feared the worst, but all this changed from the minute I entered the surgery. The friendliest, kindest face you will ever meet at the front desk is Cheryl. She goes beyond the call of duty to help you and makes sure everything is sorted to your satisfaction. I simply love her willingness to help, it is greatly appreciated Cheryl :- Then I went in to meet Desigan, the most amazing Dental therapist ever. So very friendly, kind and welcoming, that I was immediately at ease. He talked me through everything so there were no nasty surprises and before I knew it my tooth was magically out. Magical because I didn’t even know it was out, and that speaks volumes about how patient and gentle he is and the care that he has for his patients. Desigan you made this entire experience such a good one that it deserved a 5 star review :- And not forgetting Desigan’s assistant, Sunitha. So sweet, kind and caring. She held my hand while I was being injected. X-ray was done as quick as possible, and she made a follow up call. Thank you Sunitha, your kindness has not gone unnoticed :- Now that’s what I call service with excellence!!!

I have been in and out of dentists for as long as I can remember BUT never have I ever found a team that I love as much as Dr Jordan's team. My favorite finance lady - Cheryl - there is nothing she won't get authorized or sorted for me and is SO on the ball and helpful! The best tooth extractor I have ever met - Deisgan - He did an extraction for me yesterday that I did not feel at ALL, I love how he always keeps you in the loop with what he is doing while he works so you are aware of what will come next etc, he is gentle and kind and that shows in the way he works. Not forgetting my hand holder - Sunitha - I hate going to the dentist alone, but i actually am never alone as she is always there to hold my hand when i am being injected or for anything else that is "painful".
Have been going to Dr Sagathavan for many years now- one of the best dentists in KZN-- am going to miss his services as I have now relocated. Jordan and his staff, especially Cheryl ,are amazing and so accommodating- they actually ffl up to see how you are doing after a consultation which is so important in terms of customer service.
Excellent service from the doctors to the staff.. i will highly recommend very friendly and welcoming
