Dr M Shukri Raban Paediatrician / Neonatologist

Dr Raban was impatient and annoyed with the questions I had pre listed regarding my 3 children. I sighed and laughed and all of my questions and claimed that none of them were relevant or the job of a paediatrician. He said he’s job is too see to sick patients and not parents concerns. He never gave myself nor my husband a chance to explain our concerns before speaking above what we were saying trying to deem them irrelevant. He spoke negatively and gave me lots of i don’t knows regarding all of my children. I ended up spending hours sitting there trying to get the answers I needed while he tried to avoid me asking any more questions so that he could see the next patient. He was unprofessional and rude. All the milestone checks he did on my kids he asked me and never checked for himself if they were turning their head or following with their eyes for example the exact check you can get at the clinic for free. He said that research and educating yourself regarding your worries isn’t a good thing. He also said things like people have been raising children since before Jesus so what makes it so different with ours they will adapt and be fine not his exact words but along that line the whole visit was annoying, I left with more uncertainty that what I came in with. The only helpful and friendly person was the receptionist but the dr has definitely lost passion for what he does. He comes off arrogant and frankly uneducated. I would not recommend going to him for your child’s healthcare.

Would definitely recommend Dr Raban for anyone looking for a pedestrian.

Dr. Raban and Dr. Meyer are really amazing. Very kind and patient with the parents. Informative about what is happening with your kids and walks you through it.

Just love this Dr Raban. Been Ethan's peadiatrcian since birth. Ethan was a 32 week premi and Dr Raban was there a good Dr indeed

The receptionist is extremely rude and abrupt...who expects a 2 year old to sit quietly in a pediatricians office
