Bad customer service!! The admin lady isn't friendly at all and the doctor makes people pay on weekends and not use medical aid

I went to this surgery twice for a consultation about my baby the African lady doctor wasn't through she minimizes everything you saw she doesn't listen and she is all about the money, my baby passed away the day after I consulted with her so I cannot even begin to explain how unhappy I am about their service the receptionist is so rude ud swear she gets paid to be rude to people there's no empathy or analyzing of the situation it's so horrible am so heartbroken I can't even begin to explain it

I made an appointment for 10am it's now 11:30 and the dentist is no show. What a waste of my time. Talk about being professional.

They have good service and I enjoy it

The surgery services are poor the female doctor was really rude you had to touch yourself and she also didn't explain anything, she changes everything she says she is not reliable and doesn't answer the question about the baby you can't even hear the baby's heartbeat because apparently the machine is old
