As I type this I am badly sick went to see the Doctor as per usual, I found the receptionist I greeted sanitized and asked if she can help she just gave me a nasty look and ignored me, went and sat down the other receptionist Carolinecame asked they people next to me my sister if she can help they said they are ok, she never bothered to ask me, i then again stood up went to the desk and asked for help, she then a said " I thought you were assisted". Took my medical aid and went at the back and after some time she comes with the same attitude tells me the Doctor can not help because I ran out of funds mind you I have unlimited funds for Gp's, and she refers me to my previous Gp. I did get assisted by the very same Doctor before never been told by my previous doctor. I humbly went out phoned my medical aid to get clarity because I didn't understand i get a different information and they saying the very same Doctor which said cannot help is actually my allocated GP. I then call again and ask the lady Caroline why the false information i was now home. She changes her story and ask if I can come back the next day No remorse whatsoever. How will she be able to allow me to see the Doctor tomorrow if I don't have swaps and funds? And also how is the Doctor going to help tomorrow? Shifty service i got there
