The doctors was always very friendly, he was very helpful and i enjoyed going there, until one of the receptionist was Repeatedly rude to me. I once called about a claim that they had said its not payed by my medical aid,,,and he said "u are asking the right question to the wrong person". I have been calm and ignored his ignorance, but that last rudeness was when i could not take it anymore. Please note that there are two receptionist/assistance and the one is very friendly and helpful as well, but the one that said he is the PA to the doctor is the worst, he just does not respect the next person. Service is horrendous! The staff is unfriendly and has no regard for clients. As a client, you have to wait for a while before you get assistance, as they have no sense of urgency. The other receptionist will never greet you back. Would not recommend
Terrible service from the receptionist l think his name is Xolani. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this place.
