Very unprofessional and she's never on time. I don't recommend anyone to go there.The staff is good but the service delivered is a total disaster. I was wrongly diagnosed after several payments and visits, had to go  see a gynecologist elsewhere. Even her own staff would comment in my presence. It was a waste of time and good money. I don't think she knows what she's doing

The stuff is very welcoming and friendly, they even call on the day of the appointment to confirm everything...I highly recommend their clinic, it has the best care.

Compliments 1.Very professional and friendly staff. They try their best to provide quality care. 2. They call to confirm appointments on the day of your appointment. 3. The Sr was very patient and took her time to explain and go through everything in the visits.  Complaints 1. Went for a VBAC trial of scar- transfered to Klerksdorp hospital at 10cm dilation and she never followed up on me. 2. Got 0% refund even though I did not give birth at her facility as per contract agreement. 3. Never on time for appointments 4.  I used my own car for transportation to the hospital- risked giving birth in the car as I was already 10cm dilated and there was traffic. 5. Indicated she was driving just behind to ensure I was admitted and helped at the hospital.  She never ever showed up. I sent her a message and got a single tick. 6. In the end she's more money oriented than people centered.

Will treat you well until your last appointment where she knows she'll no longer be receiving money from you. PS, she's never on time for appointments. Gave me the worst birthing experience I'm a first time mom by the way and all the things she said that scared me were disputed at Klerksdorp hospital by the doctors. Based on the commentary by the Klerksdorp hospital nurses, she's known for her incompetence where labor is concerned. I wouldn't say she's great at prenatal care either since I got a second opinion a couple of times. Save your money and just go to a public hospital and hope for good treatment cause hers during labor is even worse than the care I received at Klerksdorp hospital.  Furthermore, she and her staff were so preoccupied with their end-year function and it was all they spoke even in my presence, including her leaving me mid-procedure to answer phone calls. I do not recommend her.

Very unprofessional, she doesn't keep time she only cares about money.  She won't even apologize for keeping or wasting your time,her staff is trying their best but Sr Mashupi is just care free. People pay their money and use their medical aids to go there,she should stop behaving as if she's doing us a favor.!!!!

Very good patient care in terms of explaining the process and she's really good with the babies. Gives good clinical advice.

One of the best clinics in town, she's gud with prenatal care and she's great with kids, she jst doesn't give out medicine, only the prescription so it means u hav to buy

Very poor service when it comes to keeping times on appointments. I had to wait three hours for consultation although I arrived early for my appointment. This happened twice.
