Wow, so the doctor injected me first in order to numb my tooth then he started working on the tooth and pulling immediately when the anesthetic had not kicked in yet. I was shocked because the other patients were injected and given about 5-10 minutes before he could extract their teeth. I felt everything, it was so painful and uncomfortable. I screamed and tears started to flow from my eyes as he told me to be calm. How could I be calm when I could feel that my tooth was being extracted? He did not even apologize to me after the procedure was done even though he saw the state I was in. His assistant was also rude. He explained things very quickly to me and I did not understand so when I asked for clarification on whether to brush my teeth with toothpaste and then rinse with salt water he asked me " which one do you think will be helpful between toothpaste and salt water?". I'm not sure not sure if they were in a hurry to go home or what, cos I was the last patient. It was not even 17:00 yet. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I however hope they do better with other patients. No one deserves to go through what I went through. That pain was out of this world
The services is not consistent. Could be a bad one today and a good one tomorrow you just never know
