Very rude staff and their DR…They claimed on medical aid while I was not even there for consultation on top of that I don’t use this Gp at all don’t even have a file with them…
Dr. Nhlapho is rude and arrogant. He behaves as though we go to his office for pro bono services. You are a disgrace to your profession. Doctors are supposed to make patients feel comfortable and safe not inferior.

Practice number not visible anywhere at the doctor's rooms. Also, I found a 'doctor' from DRC yet letter head and signage says Nhlapho
