Absolutely horrified that I received a bill on 28/04/2022 for a supposed check up on 14/01/2022, we called and requested to have a retainer made, we made a booking and after being attended to we were told they wont make the retainer requested. now the are billing me R610.00 including a fee for infection control ? You did not provide a service I requested why should i pay?
Dr. Desai is thorough, calm and objective. He conducts a thorough analysis and offers options for the best ways to move forward. He does not impose and highlights possible risk factors and what can be done and leaves the decision to the patient to make. I took my niece to him for braces. All three consults delivered consistent good, advice and service. The environment is clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are neat, spacious and well maintained.
Great orthodontist , nice and clean practice , Dr Nitin does a through Job , my two kids had braces from him, He truly gives the time a patient deserves . Normally we visit the Killarney mall Clinic , Have once been to the Kempton Park clinic once . Found both clinics to be very clean , well staffed and Caring

Totally useless. Needed to back to the doctor for repairs on my splint wires. Needs R3000 payment before I can even come in for the check up. Accounts department is s mess and they don't even send proper statements
Kind & compassionate. Place is very busy but patients receive great service.
