What an amazing hospital. I am 28 weeks pregnant and was so sick I needed to be admitted. Opening a file reception was a breeze and the nurses were all so lovely to me and they really love their job. That's so rare. The hospital wards are so clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for ensuring me and my baby came home safe and sound. Decides to surprise everyone with Krispey Creams and need less to say it was a hit.

I needed to admit my frail elderly mother. The emergency staff are great. They made my mom feel comfortable and went out of their way to look after her. The doctor on duty was very capable and caring. After admission, my mom was taken to the Ortho ward, where she was very well looked after. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mom. I really appreciate all the kind nurses and doctors. I especially want to thank the physiotherapist for helping my mom get back on her feet and walking again after a fractured L1 vertebra.

Recent care of my 90 year old Mom in casualty and critical care was amazing, staff and Dr's were great. Very friendly and accessible. When she moved to the Medical Ward, the great service continued. Thank you all so much for the care and kindness shown to our family at a very stressful time!

Its such a disappointment to know that you can not get an efficient service at a hospital deemed to be private and paying excessively for such. Nurses are slow, and having to beg for your needed treatment, An absolute shame and a pitiful disappointment to health care facilities and service unfortunately one has to endure save of having no other options.

Top class maternity ward with clean and hotel like facilities. The nurses takes good care of their patients and shows true compassion and care towards the babies. They make you an expert in new parenthood as they are extremely helpful. A truly great hospital with highly professional and experienced doctors. Thank you for making this special moment memorable!

Waiting for over an hour and a half at the emergency room for a doctor to see my baby who has been projectile vomiting for the past 3 hours !!!! No one cares. Only one doctor on duty for the night. Tell us they didn’t know we were even waiting to see someone. Here’s the best part THEY MADE US ADMINISTER THE MEDICATION OURSELVES IN THE ER!!!! There were 2 white pills in the pill splitter. The one we saw them remove from the pack, the other was just sitting there. The doctor didn’t even know what the second pill was but wanted us to give it to my baby ???? The HOSPITAL HAD NO REHYDRATE for him!!! They had to give him tap water to check his fluids. Don’t waste your money on this pathetic excuse for a private hospital! Shocking! Standing here with a screaming baby and zero consideration from the staff. Disgusting!

Really not what a private hospital should be! You wait 9 Months for your precious baby to be born and pay many 1000s , yet this hospital was horrible. Private room- 1 out of 10, pathetic ,small, bathroom smells, room has no space,no shelves to put things for the baby and for your self!! Room had ants , imagine ants all over your new born's clothes and blanket. Everytime you had to remind cleaners and staff to do certain things. Their excuse will be the main maternity ward is being renovated , this is being ongoing over 1 year which is rubbish, being a private hospital with funds! AND still need to pay full rates for these horrible rooms Nursing- gosh some are amazing and caring BUT some are rude like we must beg , alot lacked care for the patients mother and baby Apon the last day when we left the nurses was just so uncaring where we just wanted to leave immediately. Being first time parents i would think nurses would be more supportive as this is a stressful and scary time for the parents. Especially when the mother is under pain and needing extra assistance. I Definitely dont recommend this hospital if you want to have a baby there. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere where you get proper care! Will definitely take this up to higher management of medi clinic

I wish to state my disgust on behalf of my family, my husband who had had a pulmonary embolism was refused admission to the Sandton Clinic, I live about 500M from the hospital & found my husband collapsed & unresponsive, I called an ambulance who took him to the hospital, they said they couldnt verify my medical aid & if I wished to have him admitted I would have to pay cash... no amount was discussed , they had no right to refuse to admit him & should have stabilized him I hope no one in an emergency takes their lives into their hands by going there We then went to the Olivedale Clinic, what a difference. fantastic staff who saved my husbands life for which I will be eternally greatful

The RICU is run with precision, Ninny thank you hoh have such a big warm heart. Promise the 24th could have been my lastday on this earth but you worked hard to get me breathing......my Angel. Ladies you do your work as a calling and not just a job. Mothepo very soft spoken and so mature you answered my questions. To the physiotherapists yes I pushed and you encouraged and supported.

Weisenhof restaurant on the hospital premises is a definite no no, healthy options are not a choice here and u wait. Kids enjoyed their waffle and wrap though. Been admitted many times at this hospital including my husband - have no problem with the staff and the good treatment however my rating for ALL medical practitioners and hospitals are low rated for they are all blood suckers - Don’t agree with their high medical rates and greed. A doctor should make money out of kindness and for the good health of a fellow human not to get rich? And so should the fees of any hospital be.
