My dr. is really nice I love her. Dr. Fourie. She takes her time to listen and understand me. I have a problem with the receptionists, they are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Another problem I have is with time keeping. I always make an appointment and I’m always 15 minutes early. I’m never ever seen at my appointment time. As I’m typing this, I’m waiting to be seen, I’ve been here since 10:20 my appointment was for 10:30 it’s now 10:47. I left the practice without being seen. I’m anticipating a fight if they try to bill me however, I’m not going to be returning to the practice again. They have lost my business as a loyal patient for years
Dr Fourie has a definite tendency to be late for most. This time I was the first appointment for the day and no apology was given for her being late at the practice. She comes forth as rather unorganised and her service is average. I will be switching doctors. Dr Wiki has provided great service but I cannot say the same for Dr Fourie.
Phoned at 8:15 to someone taking my number and telling me that I will be phoned back. By 15:30 nobody returned any calls after I phoned them 5 seperate times. Obviously found a different doctor. Was my dr's for 5 years. Will not be returning.
Dr Wiki is the most increadible house Dr we as family have ever had. A better friend I could not ask for.
Shocking service!!!! Never visit this doctors practice.
