I recently put our Domestic Worker on the Discovery Flexicare Medical Aid. I had no idea what was covered in terms of dentistry. However, Midrand Dental Care provided such excellent advice prior to the appointment and showed such care during the appointment, which made the whole first time experience at a Dentist extremely pleasant. Ridiculous service and the most unprofessional bunch of folks I have come across. My advice to people find another dentist and chances are they are better at their work and they are professional. Even your response is an outrageous lie and you should be ashamed of yourself, it wasn't an hour. You had double booked patients not to mention the fact we are facing covid, you should be ashamed of yourself truly.
Doctor Valley took over practice as of January 2017. He has been my dentist for three years now. After extremely bad experiences else where, i was forced to look for a new dentist. Once i met Doctor Valley i would never turn back. Friendly, professional and no matter what issue or pain you in, you are guaranteed to leave satisfied and pain free. I now travel more then 50 minutes to see him and it is totally worth it.
[This review is old, check date. I believe the dentists changed since then] My first interaction with the contact person there was very 'de-energised'. Had to ask the person to repeat what they said we spoke on the phone initially My partner had similar views about the atmosphere on the dentist chair. However, business is business, things could happen that bring down the mood/outlook of the staff. Also, this wasn't exactly a therapy session, but an appointment to fix a set of teeth. HOWEVER, I've done some business studies where staff are trained not only to be energetic but to 'WOW' the customer the moment they initiate contact. These guys didn't go to that class. As dentists, which is what they get paid to do, they're OK. I'm speaking thru the views of my partner though, as I've not been on their dentist chair yet. I might be in the next few months.
What an awesome Dr and team! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and comfortable given the unpredictable circumstances. To me bed side manner is very important and Dr Vally is kind and sincere. And I couldnt thank you enough God Bless.
