Out of words! Dr is friendly with kids, explains very well n clear. As for the receptionist Chantelle, she's amazing! Friendly and polite, always wear a beautiful smile. I will recommend Dr SK Naidoo! His the best with his entire team!

Dr SK Naidoo is an amazing ENT specialist , my daughter has been sick every single month without fail but now thanks to Dr Naidoo her health has taken a positive turn . When Dr explains , its so easy to understand and he is fantastic with kids. As for Chantal I have no words, she is a super lady, its amazing how she just knows your voice when you call, that's customer service on another level. Dr is very lucky to have a staff member like Chantal, she always makes our visits pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr SK Naidoo.

Dr SK Naidoo is truly a gifted surgeon … one is left in no doubt of that ..An asset to the Medical Profession.his professionalism and handling of all, I’ve never seen the likes before .the practice is well run , efficient and the service offered to all patients is supported by the receptionist, practice manager Chantel who is truly admirable. Dr Sk Naidu : The best ENT around hands down. He's entire team is phenomenal. Dr SK is my entire family's ENT. I was introduced to him by my sister about 4-5 years ago when I needed to have a tonsillectomy done. He's receptionist Chantel is amazing. She remembers the very little detail in everything which is a very rare find considering how busy Dr SK is and how many patients they encounter daily. I am writing this review now as recently my health took an unexpected turn. Again, Dr SK was monumental in my diagnosis and in my treatment both pre- and post-op. Dr SK's passion and wisdom in his field coupled with his personality makes him simply amazing! What blew me away even more was when I had entered Dr SK's rooms after about 4-5 years, Chantal remembered me, remembered my sister and both her kids and that they were abroad, asked how my folks were, about my career and just... remembered. She is super efficient and you literally do not have to worry about a thing lining up to a procedure. It is in these very little but big things that matter and really make working with Dr SK and his amazing team such an experience even in the midst of a health-related chaos : Phenomenal ENT and phenomenal team.
