Waiting times are extremely long. Some people are prioritized over others even though they have not made an appointment. Some doctors are very rude as well.

Everytime I have an appointment Im there on time but then I have to wait for more than 20 mins,my appointment was 13:45 By 14:00 another patient came in to see the same dr but they’re appointment was for 14:00 now both of us are waiting

Bad bad bad. The receptionist was rude and obnoxious. When my wife got there she had to pull me out of a meeting at work to make a payment we have an excellent payment record. Never owed them a cent!. They refused to see my child before we paid. They rediculed and embarrassed my wife infront of the other patients even though we are loyal patients for years now. When I called to complain they said they will “look into it”. Trust me, dont go there your child’s health and your dignity are more important.

Reception could need improvement, but overall the nurses and doctor are absolutely kind, they're gentle when they need to be.

Doctors that truly care about your well being, friendly receptionists, and overall the best medical center to take your sick loved ones to.
