Dr Elna, Mary and her team have so much time to help and guide you. They really care and just want what is best for you. Incredible. Could not recommend more.
Dr Elna is simply the best. She is so, sweet, makes sure you're comfortable and you leave with so much knowledge. I've found myself a, great Dr and will definitely be going back.
Humanity, expertise, care, information, support for and education are core values here. Each member of staff treats you like an individual being. This is the only place I would recommend in JHB North. All places offering this kind of female care need to take notes about basic medical care looking at you, Marie Stopes!. Hats off to this team! May you empower and help women for ages to come.
Receptionist was absolutely rude and sarcastic when I asked if there was a gynae. Then I wanted to let her know what service I need or rather what problem I have to see if that's something they help with, she screamed at me to Google for a gynae because they don't have one. I was willing to anyone, even if it's not a gynae! She was incredibly rude and it's outrageous considering that she cut me off and didn't let me finish. I cannot explain for upset I am!
Very helpful and supportive clinic and staff. Went to have the copper T inserted, they fully explained the process to me and even allowed me time to lay in their recovery room after i passed out abit from shock, offered me water and tea and even gave me a muffin to eat. Would definitely recommend them
Place in accessible location in Bryanston. Went in for family planning services 3 month contraception shot. Great, friendly service from reception, Dr and nurses. Clinic is clean. No queue when I went - was in there 15min max. Affordable rates I paid R60 for depo-provera vs the R95 they charge at Clicks. If you are going for the first time, I think consult + shot is R110. You can call to find out. Skip the public clinic if you need their listed services and just go there. I'll definitely be using them from now on.

I regularly refer clients / patients and service is consistently excellent. Prof Elna Mcintosh in particular goes the extra mile. Highly recommended.
The doctor is really nice and everyone makes you feel at home. Its such a professional place and its filled with warmth. This place is great I hundred percent recommend it.
Everyone is just amazing and you feel at home because of the warmth that they give out. They make things so much easier and you feel comfortable doing whatever it is that you're doing. Big ups.
