They told my daughter to take off her top in a very cold room from 12:40 until 13:30 when I told her to dress up then we left freezing cold without even seeing the Dr when we opened the door the staff told us to go back in the room the dr will come and the worse part is that time I am told to switch off my phone for all that time when I asked why I do i have to switch my phone the staff member rolled her eyes on me and said phones are not allowed in that room.
I was told to take off my top and seat on the bed and waited for more than 45 minutes for the doctor.she did not bother to ask about my reasons for consulting. I made her aware of my sickness when she wanted to administer injection without explaining anything. I waited for another 30 minutes for medication after consultation. I
What a wonderful Doctor she is, just imagine a doctor who is very concerned about the patient life & taking her time to speak to you for over 30 minutes and counsel u in whatever problem you have, giving you hope & she's making sure that you come out of the consulting room feeling good n happy as for me i will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit her, she's such a blessing to us may God bless her abundantly
The maids /helpers in the clinic where running around like kids making noise laughing in the Dr 's absence ,without an apology that she is running late and disturbing the comfort of the patients. Frim 10 am till 3 pm waiting period of which its not fair to people knowing the Dr must start at least at 9am. Worse still l in particular l forgot to ask something from the Dr before getting my meds l was not permitted to ask her instead they said l must get another appointment to just ask which is another 450 r cosultation fee. My visit to her clinic was a referral but if thats the first impressions l dont think l will refer others to the same Dr. She must train her staff on how to help patients before she loses them. The worse service ever!!!!..please please to who ever reading this,I beg of you,find somewhere else to go!!!!.. the worse services in south africa.this doctor has no compassion,she's disrespectful,she definitely has no interested in patient care.
The way the receptionist talked to me over the phone was rude not going there anymore. Unfortunately for the doctor didn't even get a chance to see her .
I was charged for a checkup the same amount as my consultation ,am not happy with their service
Was very frustrated when i got to the sugery but ...i was happy about the work ethics and the staff is excellent Doctor 100%
Keep in mind that it is always full, if you don't mind waiting 5 hours plus for a booked appointment, then it is the doctor for you.
The doctor gives good medicine but the service is too slow.
