Horrible experience from start to finish. The Doctor is a nice kind humble person however this review is about the establishment. I’m officially at the point of distraught. From the get go we set up a theater dateabout a month in advance and set up a check up date. Leading up to the theater date, I received no comms. I had to call to ask about payment etc. I couldn’t finalise anything with the hospital until things were certain with the doctor. Every time I talked to the receptionist Roxanne, she said she’d call back or email. I had to follow up for those actions to be done. My surgery was not great. I didn’t have a visit from the doctor afterward. I received no post care instructions or even what my meds were or how to use them. I was left on my own. I emailed enquiring about my surgery and to provide a doctors note. I did received a response. I was happy with that. Days after my surgery I experienced tremendous pain. I took my me ds often. It got to a point around 4 days after my surgery that the meds were not helping and I couldn’t sleep because of the pain. Im not usually someone who cries easily, but in this case I had no other option than to sit and cry hoping that the pain subsides, or that I get drowsy from the painkillers. I emailed themthe phone line is not reliable. Because my meds were finishing soon. They responded 2 days after with no advice for pain relief. Just that it’s ”normal because my surgery was complicated. “ It was not normal. The pain worsened. Bleeding still persisted. Around 7 to 8 days after surgery I realised that the point of surgery did not heal, my gums were swollen, bleeding and pus constantly coming out of it and I was still getting periods of fever. I waited until the check up. However, there was crazy traffic and roadworks outside the hospital. I rushed through to get to the check up the doors are closed. I have been waiting for an hour. No communication, no one answering the phone lines. I still had stitches in my mouth. The other person in the office finally informed me that they went home. They pay by the hour and didn’t wait for the 2pm appointment. I would’ve appreciated atleast a call. They even had my landline number. None of my calls were going through to them This experience has been horrible. Do not recommend

I highly recommend Dr Garach. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed. within a few minutes of my appointment with him, I received a theatre date aswell as a check up date. Th r service was prompt & very helpful

Wonderful calm personality. Had two procedures done within a two week time frame. Although these were done under local anesthetic doctor made me feel very comfortable.

The worst experience I've received from a dentist, if you can stay far away!!! The receptionist Preshnee is terrible at customer service as well

Dr V Garach is the best went in today best treatment .Did not even know my wisdom was out .Recommend Dr Garage any time
