After waiting months for an appointment, we have a session to which I spoke for the majority of the session, no insight or medication suggestions were forthcoming... and then I was charged R3030.00 for a 50 min consult when I was told by the receptionist that an initial consult is R2600. The doctor also said someone would be in touch for a follow up consultation, nobody contacted me! Ludicrous and unethical
Dr Sanders is incredible. I had to leave because the receptionist kept putting the phone down on me whenever I tried to make appointments or get scripts. It happened whenever I told her what my name was. Caused a breakdown and I think it's extremely unprofessional considering she is dealing with persons like me who have anxiety ect. Unfortunately I had to change my doctor because I simply couldn't get appointments or scripts out of her. I would report her if I knew how.
Dr Sanders is an excellent Psychiatrist- had a huge calming effect on me.
Dr Sanders is excellent. He has helped me with anxiety and ADHD. Also charges medical aid rates which the receptionist submits
