Public sector services are honestly not always the best. When you think of going you literally drag yourself there because of the bad treatment and attitude you expect to receive from the very people who are employed to help you. I have visited these offices 3 times so far claiming for my maternity benefits. On my first visit I was assisted right away, professionally so and didn't spend more than half an hour in there. The second visit was a disappointment. I went there at 12pm and everyone had left. The only people there were the security guards who told me to come back on Monday at 4am as they turn people back at 10am. Shocker right I went back on the Monday at 8h30 and I was done by 09h30. The line may be discouraging when you get there, but they are honestly very quick and efficient. I was just irritated by the gentleman who assisted me. He was rude to say the least.

For a government institution they are quite efficient and the wait is not bad at all my I don't dread coming here

Extremely poor service and non-delivery of services. Was told by the security officer not wearing face mask that they only work till 11 o clock as needed to submit my UIF registration forms. I was refused to register and without registering nobody wanted to assist. I asked for their Covid-19 protocols regarding office hours and none existed. I was refused any type of explanation or assistance and was told to come back the next day. Good luck to tax paying South Africans looking for assistance in government entities that must do their jobs as expected.

Heavily Pregnant women wait longer and also the service is too slow. Just for forms and to submit All the other lines are moving very fast only the maternity line is standing still no movement nothing.

Poor service... Went there 2 weeks back to enquire abt my maternity benefits, even to date nothing has been said. No sms nothing and they said I should wait for a period of 7 days after leaving my details in an enquiry box.

The service is very good. Everything is flowing and if they are offline they inform people.

Have been going there for the past 8 months just to inquire about my maternity Benifit and they keep on asking me to leave my details and never get back to me. The service is so poor. I still haven't got my money and my son is turning 1 year

Well it's not up to date as they buzy fixing blockage of sewage and putting everything in order,, hopefully everything will be up an running very soon
