Great service, informative all the way, and I love the cake and cup cakes done, Freshly baked, and done on time.

I was very disappointed with the cake and cupcakes that I ordered. Visually the cake looked good however the taste was terrible. We had asked for a rainbow bottom tier, which only had 3 colours. The sponge was hard and smelt like food colouring. The top tier was mocha coffee and there was no coffee taste whatsoever. The instructions for design and flavour that I had sent was not taken into consideration and i was told the message was missed. I really would not have had a problem if the cupcakes tasted better however they were overbaked and not moist. Honestly i could have done a better job. I do understand thats I ordered a cake during busy season and this may have been the cause however i prefer a tasty cake over a cake that visually looks nice. Money just went to waste, guests didnt even eat it.

Professional and friendly staff. Their cakes are affordable and delicious. I only order cakes from them as they resemble the exact cake on the pictures you send them. Truly amazing service.
