Staff are super friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant experience taking my daughter for a CT scan. The lady that was doing the scan was really Awesome with my child, getting her excited to go in and giving her stickers afterwards!! Thank you Ms M De Wet Hope I remembered your surname correctly***

My wife, Mrs AH Brits accompanied by her caregiver had X-Rays done at Unitas prior to seeing her specialist. The radiologist refused entry of my wife's caregiver into the X-Ray room. My wife requires assistance due to the severity of her injury and subsequent surgery. My wife explained to the radiologist that her caregiver fully understands the medical assistance my wife requires. After several minutes of bantering, the radiologist eventually allowed her caregiver in. My wife had to tell the radiologist that the X-Rays to be taken was standing and not lying down. At one point the radiologist told my wife to climb up three steps as the equipment could not go lower. On previous occasions, this was not an issue. Reluctantly, with the assistance of her caregiver, she climbed the steps with much difficulty and was extremely nervous of falling. It was clear that the Radiologist was not too experienced in her position to fully understand her physical fitness. My wife had a bilateral hip replacements together with bilateral fractured femurs. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and a disgrace for a medical practice like Drs Burger Radiologists.

I went to do a sonar of the abdomen. i had concerns about an ovarian cyst as i had lower right abdominal pain but was affirmed there there is no cyst anymore. There's just a follicle which is indicative of my oncoming period. The technician also asked if i had taken out my appendix to which i replied no, i don't know where that came from... the doctor also camw to double check on where the pain was and sain it's probably a spastic colon . he'll write on the report so the referring doctor can give me something for it. To my surprise, the report mentions nothing about s a spastic colon..now there are small cysts on my ovary..total opposite of what was said to me in the room..no mention of the appendix she was asking me if i had taken out...very bery suspiciois and makes me feel like a proper analysis was not done yet im expected to pay in full. Vsery disappointed and don't think i'll go back!

Taking in consideration the traffic of patients, I would like to credit the reception and medical staff of Burger Radiologists for their patience and care towards my elderly dad. From observation I noted patient's impatience and emotuons and the cool calm nature the staff of Burger Radiologist respond to cases. A big shout out to all the ladies! Thank you. I would also like to note to the public the challenges the medical and admin staff experience from patients in severe pain and emotional family members up to the medical aid administration and health headaches, which seems a daunting task. Public, be more considerate towards staff taking into account that you are another emotional patient or family member in a line of several emotional individuals for the day and that every day is like that for them. Patience and a thank you means the world to them and your compassion will go a long way boosting medical and admin staff's moral to support and better their services. Keep it up staff of Burger Radiologist!

They where very quick to take my money but they take very long to payback my money. Promised monies would be paid back on Friday once they received there monies from Discovery which they did. But still not correspondence nor indication of my monies being paid back.

Horrible customer service, with specific emphasis on the reception. One gets the feeling reception should either be replaced or stay on tea break permanently. The Radiologists was great though.

Got wonderful service, was there before 8am and left about 40mins later with my shoulder sonar in my hand, thank you

Pathetic. Was there on Sunday the 15th May. I was the only patient. Their light were all off. Thought there was load shedding. They expected me to fill in forms in the dark. I'm already on the system. They took 50 mins to load my details on the system. Dont know whats the delay for and another hour jyst go give me my xrays. Would highly recommend another hospital like Little Company of Mary. The staff there are on the ball and services are efficient. A Bezuidenhout havent seen anyone as incompetent as you. You need to get your act together.

Very unfriendly reception from lady sitting in the middle at unitas mammogram secrton We really did not enjoy her attitude!

My mom went there for a scan, note that she had a tripple heart bypass and she was standing there very sick and weak, the lady asked her if she is private or on on medical aid and my mom replied she is a private patient, after my mom told her that she is a private patient the lady got very rude to her and came forth as very angry suddenly, I was very shocked that they treated her this way and I wont recommend the public to support these people as they clearly dont really care about patients entering their doors no matter what your condition, pathetic and very inhumane service!!
