Placed my order for delivery at 17:07. Was told it would be delivered in 45-60 minutes. Phoned at 18:05 and was told the adress was taken down incorrectly although given 2 times over the phone correctly. So at 18:30 I phoned and still no delivery. At 19:00 my order arrived. As from the posted pictures, my order arrived cold and the bag was torn. It looks like something took a bite out of it. Payed the order and the delivery driver showed me they have my cell number wrong aswell as my delivery address wrong. Phoned the admin whose name I won't post and all she could say is sorry. Now to the owner of Fudgeez, how do you appoint such incompentent people? I have a good mind to take the bag with food and go and throw the lady with it. Why? Because when I phoned the second time she could have at least asked me if she has all my details down correctly. INCREDIBLY DISGUSTED!!!!
Food was great, but the service was shocking! We were told that it would be 15-20 minutes, and almost an hour later, we were told that it would take another 30 minutes.Food: 5/5
Ordered food over the weekend. Was OK except their patties are not properly cooked. Went back today, as a second chance, ordered chips and Vetkoek. Chips were horrible. Stale. Vetkoek was also tasting like old dough and hard. I was so disappointed. You just lost a client.Food: 1/5
We buying from fudgeez for many years now. Order Chicken Mayo, for my Child. Now it's mixed with Onions. That is Not a good choice, as there is Alot of people that don't eat onions. To be told they Already mix the chicken with onions. Fudgeez Three Rivers u just lost a Client.

Orders are always incorrect when it gets delivered, or very late. Prices are starting to get ridiculous, R49 for a mince vetkoek with almost no banana? Last time that I will be supporting Fudgeez. And on top of that, the banana looks like its two weeks old.
