Dunhurst Estate, Brentwood

Nice area but the buildings seem to be missing basic maintenance and are a bit rundown.

Check out their speed humps. Don't roll over direct on them if you have a small car. Go sideways... Very safe. Pool areas looks cool... Security will wait for the gate to close all the time before they open the other for you

This could be an amazing complex but it is poorly maintained. Some units have not been painted in years. The impression I get as a visitor is that the body corporate for Dunhurst is disfunctional and incompetent.

Security is good friendly.Clean grounds parking gardens are tidy.Tenants are friendly. Just get the older person who is unreasonable with the children many many that play and ride their bikes. Excellent place for families.

Very bad road, too many potholes

Portholes are so terrible in the entrance street then unreasonable high traffic calming measures injuring flat vehicles

very clean units are set out nicely and space

Only a bachelar can live there

Peaceful safe tranquility clean great place

Terrible place to stay at can't wait to move.
