Dunns

I was at dunns 30 minutes ago, I even left the shop because the tills were empty no one is helping, they are busy with their own conversations. Kempton square dunns employees they are full of themselves.

I was at this Dunns Kempton Square store today[ 04/10/22, I don't know if they were registering the first customer cellphone to have been bought at the store, it's two counters the employee looked happy as the cellphone moved from a counter to counter with every employee at the counter assisting with something on the phone. They neglected us on the queue and all of the employees were helping register the Hisense phone that seemed to be on special there. It was a bad experience for me, normally stores would use one counter to register phones as they take long and open the other counters for customers for normal shopping.

Was there today 20/12/2022, client services is none existent. The female staff is not friendly at all,they see clients as an inconvenience.

Staff was marvelous except one lady who was moping ..she was not friendly at all
