Duramaster fitted a patio blind and the sales person was Mark Erasmus, who provided me was much need and excellent aftercare sales. I can honestly say that Duramaster provide quality and excellent service. The Manager, Mark Fouche was extremely attentative throughout the process of my blind to it being fitted. Very happy client!

From quotation visit to installation I was so impressed. They are such professionals and the installation team are quick and very polite and good. Thanks Mark and team. Keep up the good work. This is my beautiful patio blind.

Extremely friendly and professional service from the start to the end. Always on time as arranged - for quotes and installation. The quote was given on site without having to wait days for an e-mail. Installation done professionally and we were always kept in the loop on the progress once the order was placed. The outdoor blinds installed looks very nice and works just as well. Will gladly recommend them to anyone.

It is the second time I have had patio blinds fitted to my home different dwellings and each time I have been blown away by the level of service. Wht an amazing team. And ofcourse the quality is in a league of it's own. Well done guys.

Pathetic servicey received from them or call it no service. Contacted them on different platforms, even called the owner and spoke to him, was told to send photos for an estimated quote. Done that and till today no feedback. They can't even do a simple quote, highly doubt that they can be trusted to do an installation on time.

Pure professionalism from start to finish, these guys are in a league of their own when it comes to great service, and the outdoor blinds they installed for us are perfect.
