Very disappointed with the service. I booked my car in for a service in June 2021. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was mentioned it failed a test and parts needed replacement, under warranty. The lady mentioned once the part arrives I will be notified to bring the car in. It's been 2 months.. Has this part arrived?? I've called numerous time, only for the phone to ring or be told its just and I will be called back. To date, no one has called me. I've called in a week ago, only to be told the lady is busy on the line and I will get a call back. There's now wear and tear on the car and has issues. Who will be responsible for this?

Jaco is a extremely helpful salesmen .always trying to get you the best deal.goes out of his way to help.they always make it easy to purchase a vehicle even with the paper work they sort it out quick quick.had a issue with my vehicle and Jaco sorted it out seamlessly .really good prices given on trade in too

Hyundai and Kia now part of Cargo Motors Mercedes. They are situated in the same premices. Very helpfull service to book my Kia for a service.
