The lady in the reception area lacks professionalism, I was there to register for code 14 lessons and she just told me that they can't help me on that date I registered for. When I came back a second time she just looked at me an continued with her conversation on the phone talking and laughing with her friends while I was standing there. I just turned around and left without being helped..
