I used Easter Cape Caravans to act as mediator to handle the private purchase of a caravan. I dealt with Chantelle Grobler. What an unpleasant experience. She phoned me once and only because I asked to be phoned because I did not get the documentation that was to be sent to me. No further phone calls to inform me on the progress, just a single whatsapp message to tell me the mail was sent. I had to ask the seller if he heard anything on the progress. Paid the fee but got no invoice. I would not recommend them at all.
Very helpful. But very little stock. The staff is great and expert advice is given. The staff will go out of their way to help and make your holiday a pleasure. No problem to big to solve.. I would recommend them to all my friends.
Although friendly not very helpfull when I wanted them to look a caravan over before I purchased it. Prices higher than Outdoor Warehouse. Most caravans sold for clients with faults that will be fixed on request if owners agrees. Not recommended.
