Poor service I've ever experienced in my life.i have been here since 7:30 and they are busy assisting people who found me here. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Staff here doesn't have sense of urgency
Very Rude Staff.. I also did a covid test a month back and still did not get the results. I got very sick the past week and a Dr referred me to go and test for covid. As today I still did not receive my results.
Yoo the service of this clinic, makes one even wonder if u are in SOUTH africa. It's the worse. I have been on the queue since morning, no one came to tell what one must do to get a file, again I have been waiting to be seen by a nurse since 11:47 and now it's to 1, there is no one, not a nurse nor a patient. M sitting alone in this spooky hall. Not even the decency of the nurse to inform me if she is coming or not, not a word.
The services is good than other public clinics
Eastlynne clinic has some best sisters. There's a very strict nurse @ baby side. when she's not on duty, you can tell by the line not moving. If your child's temperature is high, she leaves her work and attend to the baby or the child. She forces us to do Hiv testing so that we can protect our babies. She's young but knows what she is doing. I can't mention her name but she's tall, middle weight and mostly on braids or dreads
It is the worse medical center, the nurses are rude and the waiting period is more than 6 hours, they don't give preference to the weak and frail, I wouldn't advice anyone to go there for help.
I went to the clinic twice and it was never explained to me how the que system works. You have to stand in a line from 5am in the morning till 7h30am when the clinic opens. It doesnt mean if the clinic is open you are helped. The nurses take their own time to start long after eight or have a meeting till 9Ham or later. Then once you get a nr you have to go through the whole process of body mass, then blood pressure depending on the nr it can end upto nr 93. Once nr 93 is done for the first test then the second test will start and run through all the numbers. Because i only wanted to get my tablets for the new month i wasnt prepared to wait the whole day for tablets i had to lodge a complaint for them to help me sooner. I was told to go back to the ward and wait for the nurse to help me. They took their own time and eventually i told them im short of tablets. They said they will give me three tablets for me to rebook my consultation again for the Monday to start the process over again. Why do i have to wait the whole day just to get tablets it must be because we are the only whites. Its a repeat script there must be better ways to get a script faster. I have been sick with flu since the 10th November 2017 and because of my condition it had implications on my health. I only got panado tablets for flu thats all they wanted to give me the last time nothing to help the flu condition to be alleviated. I was as sick as a dog and wasnt feeling well but still you have to wait in the que for assistance. The worst service and also short staffed. If it is their break they will take it no matter how long the que is. They need to implement a better system to help HIV and TB patients.
East Lynne clinic is the worse place ever beggers cant be choosers I know but we 3 people waiting to be tested for more than an hour and they walk past us like we dont exist what is happening to us who can't afford medical aid due to the pandemic anymore the service really sucks when we ask to be helped we simply get ignored and walked past how is this a health facility if patients get this treatment
So so disgusted of how nurses are treating us, you will end up looking like a fool, you go there early hours of the morning, you honor ur date, when its time for them to help you they will ask about appointment time,you dnt have you will stand outside for hours, regardless ELDERLY young, SICK they dnt give a f*ck,after so many hours of waiting they will come check your cards & ask why are you waiting here like seriously,, you chased me out now you asking... This people you will end up beating the hell out of them..
The worst public facility, a patient spends 7hrs + without being attended to, the nurses are just galavanting around the clinic.
