Terrible after sales service. With hindsight wouldn't use them. Dropped off our faulty Eaton UPS, without even looking at the logs we supplied we were advised to replace the batteries. After they looked at the logs we still waiting for a reponse. Over a month now.

Awesome working for such an innovative company. The recently installed Microgrid at Eaton Wadeville could provide energy for 230 community homes. Now BBBEE Level 1...Looking to forward to our next!

Fantastic factory with a BBE 1 rating producing Low and Medium Volt assemblies. The site also hosts the first microgrid in Africa using 2nd life batteries which has lowered their electric energy cost and allow the factory to continue to operate even if load shedding occurs.

Took over 3 months to get our UPS repaired. Incorrect quotes, incorrect parts, and still have not been issued with an invoice.
