Scammers and they are thieves!!!!!! Debiting my account monthly for the amount of R249.99 for something I havent received from them - none of their contact numbers are working and they've placed a blocker on the debit order so my bank cannot do a reversal. Next step - ombudsman!!!

Worse company ever, when it comes to customers services, they never contac their clients, they never answer their phones. Maruis, if you are the manager there, please get some training on how to answer the phones and to give feedback to your clients.

Took my 2nd loan with EC Loans and must say always really got great service and will use again in future. Can recommend to anybody
