What a great staff they are. Easy to talk to and so friendly which is something rare to find from gvt employees. Had the best experience with them .

It was a satisfying experience. It was about 1545 hours & threatening  to rain when we arrived , enroute to the exams office. Staff were still at their duty- station-points. The interaction we received , starting from the security  guards at the  main- gate, up to the exams- office-based staff, was professional &supportive. Keep it up.

The queue was quick but some youth staff should learn to respect first come first serve. We were ready to sign for our time tables and this young lady just burst in front of us with young men of more than 7 from outside to sign the book and not even apologise there is a woman from Gompo and a tall gentleman that is always helpful and keeping them the employees on their toes

my brother has been waiting for his matric certificate replacement which he applied for around February 2020,when we go check  we are always told to try next month it has not yet been printed. what kind of service is this?

I just visited the Exam offices accompanying my niece who was there to register for the re-writes, what a friendly and efficient team I had met there.  Thank you Ntozakuthi, siza sinamaxhala oxhaywa nokulinda nokungahoywa but you proved me wrong.  Thanks again, siyabonga

Very disorganized, very outdated Technology, Administrative work very much all over the place, Very unuser friendly. E.g. To replace a Matric Certificate, you have to get a statement from the Police, drive to King William's Town to pay, then drive back to Rhubusana to submit the application. You might never get a call back. Building is very old and under maintained. One star for getting some services done.

We arrived at 7:30 for metric certificate collection and waited till 9:00 with out being attended to. It just officials moving in and out. I never want anything of mine sent to this place before collection

I have beeeen trying to get ahold of someone at the DOE phones are just ringing.
