We,my husband and I had such a horrible experience today at this store. We entered the store looking to buy some clothing and accessories but was horrified by the treatment we received from the sales assistants. After fitting a shirt,my husband decided on buying it as we were about to walk to the pay point to pay, the sales assistant walked over to my husband and simply took the shirt from his hands and told him it is not for sale and that we cannot take items from this specific rail... She then proceeded to stuff another shirt into my husband's handshe went into his personal space,nevermind social distancing I stood a few feet away in complete and utter shock and amazement. Please keep in mind that the sales assistants were watching us the entire time. They saw me at the "rail you can't buy from" take the shirt and hand it to my husband to fit. They watched all out actions just to proceed to take the shirt from my husband's hands and tell him that he cannot buy it. No proper customer support,or communication. We left immediately. Please ensure that your staff receives proper and adequate customer care training. Today was a horrific shocking experience

Unfriendly staff, poor customer service. I wanted to buy a shirt and the sales associate literally took the shirt out of my hand and said that it's not for sale. She then proceeded to stuff another similar shirt into my hand. What??!?! So much for social distancing. The sales associate completely invaded my personal space There was no "sign" or any indication that the item is "not for sale" Incident took place on the 24th of March 2021 at 15:20 Very dissatisfied. Shocking.
