I thought we got disgraceful service from the Flower Boutique earlier in the month as we had a funeral on a Monday morning and went in on Saturday the place our order for a bouquet for £50. I went first thing on Monday to collect the flowers as arranged and the shop without telling me was 1/2 hr late opening which caused unnecessary panic and upset to what was an upsetting event and it was touch and go whether we’d be able to get to the funeral on time. This was very poor and disappointing and the reason given was that she had to be somewhere which for the event I found disgraceful. The bouquet was also of an awful standard, not very fresh, small for the money we paid and within a day had shrivelled and not a fitting tribute for the day. You’d find nicer, fresher, bigger and better value at a supermarket. Stay Away.

My partner ordered me a box of lilly’s for Mother’s Day. I still cannot believe how beautiful they are. He picked them up a week ago today and they are just getting more and more beautiful by the day. Such good quality flowers. A gorgeous mix of white and pink my fave the box is full to the brim. I even rang the shop last week to ask how to keep them alive for as long as poss & the lady was really helpful! Highly recommend

A brilliant service and lovely staff. I ordered my flowers online with no consultation. I spoke with the shop as I needed an early delivery on the day, they were super polite and very helpful. Upon delivery I had got the address incorrect, I was called by the delivery driver who was again very polite, I redirected her to the correct address which she headed to with no fuss, and arrived in plenty of time. The flowers are lovely and my wife was over the moon. Overall it was a lovely experience dealing with The Flower Boutique, I would certainly use them again and recommend anyone else to do so.
