Amazing service and probably the best in Rustenburg. Unlike other places, you can be guaranteed that the ashes you get are the ashes from your loved ones. No mass cremations and mixing of persons. The death certificate was done within 36 hours with constant feedback and watsapp messages. They literally handle everything for you and can give the best advice on funeral policies. I am very glad that he was recommended to me. Fast affordable and caring.

The worst funeral home I have ever dealt with in my life. 2years after my mother in law has died and still no headstone although he received payment over a year ago. Cobus yells at me accuses me that I didn't pay the funeral home where I had nothing to do with. My children crying because their grandmother still doesnt have a headstone. He was the commissioner of oath that certified the death certificate and he was the person responsible for the funeral. Then he has the audacity to tell me he cannot be held responsible for dates. He yells at a 18year old girl because she is upset because after almost 2 years her gran still doesnt have a headstone. Stay clear from this funeral home. They are only therr for publicity and dont care whatsoever about the the deceased or their families. He is crook and a thief. And if that headstone is not corrected and up by next week I will open a thieft case against him. Dont use them. Your loved ones deserve better goodbye
Whilst the service in general was average, the manager Kobus is definitely not the best person for this type of work. It takes a person with an empathetic attitude to deal with berieved families. Our family's experience was that we were spoken to as if we are a bunch of illerarates and that he knows best. But then I suppose the name of the business says it all - econo - so don't expect too much.
