The place was clean and the receptionist made my trip worthwhile by sending me live location. We booked in for two night. However they team need to communicate among them because my breakfast wasn't ready because the night team didn't pass the message tommorning tea.mRooms: 4/5
Room 25 is the Deluxe room but the bed is very uncomfortable, it looks like the base is broken and the mattress is sinking in. The sheets have stains, there’s so much dust and dirt behind the pedestalsI saw it when I was connecting my charger. There’s like 2 tv channels that playvery boring, no microwave, wifi is weak and no air conditioning. This place needs maintenance and an upgrade.
You cannot sleep in peace. It is extremely loud at night. There are a lack of utensils to use when making your tea/coffee. The place looks very clean but the facilities look old and haven't been updated in a while.Rooms: 4/5
The place is clean with facilities close by. Their accommodating stuff was very friendly and helpful. Though we had to check out at 10am after the Soweto Marathon but they extended our checking out time and had lunch at their place as well. Nearby activities: Near South Gate mall and FNB Stadium Safety: They have security cameras every corner Food & drinks: Cuban lounge is just a walking distance from the accommodation.
Rooms don't have fridge and microwave. I also missed compact dstv I'm used to at guesthouses. Needs door fixing. Wi-fi too weak. Nearby activities: Very close to Southgate mall and Fnb Stadium
It a very nice and quite place, rooms are super clean.
From the checking in the service was very poor. Rooms were booked on time 3 days before checking in. Confirmation of availability done. Arrived 3 days later in the evening around 8. But gaz what. It took an hour and a half to check-in and settle in our rooms. Told the rooms were taken due to mixed up of online book and telephone reservations. But when you look at the whole treatment, one can see that this is a matter of undermining people. More than 8 groups came in and assisted as we wait, ignored. Well treated, given priority over us. When you ask for the manager, you're told that it was the manager that processed the booking, meaning the manager made a mistake. Asked to talk to the manager, a "MANAGER" solved the problem by saying one of the rooms booked has a bigger bad and can accommodate 4 instead of 3, like WHAT, are you for real, how do you get to make such decision are you now measuring the size of our bodies. 4 sleeper room was booked. An hour and a half later an extra single bed was offered after demanding a refund, of which even after demanding the refund it was said that it will not be possible. Like really whose money is it. To top it up, I slept in a very cold room. 4 start with no heater, just a fan. It's winter now and it was freezing cold. Currently suffering from flu as a write this review. Tried to make the coffee so as to be warm, but the kettle was not working in the morning, though it worked the night before as I was able to make some coffee.

So we realy wanted to utilize this BnB and I will be the first one to admit that we did not book in time but we had managed to get rooms last minute. The receptionist was rude to my friends, and she did not want us to boom for the whole weekend. If management can look into it ngoba it seemed the lady was more interested in people who only came for two hours stay rather than people who are coming for a long stay
Only SABC 1,2 and MNet movie,other channels no signal. No wifi coverage.plastic cutleries, only sugar and tea available. No coffee or milk. No shower capsRooms: 1/5
