My name is Loren Martin, and for years I have battled with my weight. I have tried every single diet known to mankind, I have lost a lot of weight and I have gained a lot of weight. I have done injections, pills, shakes, starvation diets, 3 day heart diets, cabbage soup diets (so gross) and I even went to gym for a few months (I hate sweating)...
In my early twenties I weighed between 45 and 50kgs, my mid twenties it crept up to over 70kgs, it came back down to 60kgs, and then went up to over 80kgs in my late 30's (I'm 43 now).
When I was in my mid twenties I started having a dream/idea of owning a slimming salon. Life got in the way, one divorce, moving from Durban to Cape Town, marrying my wonderful husband, 3 beautiful kids later and here I am!
