A very friendly experience, didn't find what I wanted but it was still a great experience.
Very bad. I stood in a queue for more than 30 minutes; a queue with less than 10 customers. It was really annoying

Worst service ive ever seen i had over R4000 worth of products that i wanted to check out but your incompetent employees would rather prefer to sit and chat and apply make up to one another and not help the clients that pay their Salaries
They have limited options and sizes, especially in the male section. Always feels a bit disorganized. Random railings everywhere. Must say they do have friendly staff

Prices were good, I guess I was at the right place at the right time as it was sales left right and center
The gentleman who attended to my complaint was excellent but Edgar's new accounts system and the people operating it are USELESS. I am disgustedly with the service I am receiving from RCS, their new accounting firm.
