They sometimes have great specials and good clothes but the queue takes long to pay.
Was queried a refund that was not done since saturday and only after queried the refund on wednesday the reversal was done Thursday morning when i received my sms for the first time. Thank you to the acting manager for her assistance due to staff employee that was very arigant at till that Saturday.
The line is a mile long, payments and customers service desk is all in one, really dreadfull to stand for almost 40 minutes just to pay for goods you want to buy, it takes out the customer satisfaction off shopping completely
So we all know Edgars are in trouble. Visited them standing in a line with 4 people in front of me. Just to hear they are on a new system that is slow we must be patient. Left empty handed. Returned 3 hours later to hear you cannot buy on your account due to system errors. My question - why can they not put a notice at the door saying cash purchases only. Instead they let people wait in a endless line just to tell them cash only when they get to the front. This is time-wasting and ridiculous.
Today I had the worst customer service experience please train your staff. They will make some of us to never step in your shop I'm so angry
A very disappointing visit unfortunately, had no clothing section to fit the fuller figure, range of shoes and boots very limited and disappointing... The cosmetic section staff were very friendly and the lady Amanda at the ingot counter was very friendly and helpful.... Thanks Amanda for your assistance..
Was good but wait long for service as staff always busy on phones but 1 lady always comes to assist me.
What a wonderful experience I had this morning at Keywest!!! The friendly staff was very helpful. They greeted me and asked if I need assistance. That was so great. Didn't have this for a very long time. Thank you Keywest Edgars.
The store looks better than before... excited to see what more they bring.
Edgar's Keywest is a disappointment. How does the store operate on a Saturday afternoon, with only one set of till points which doubles as customer service; only 3 tills are open and 4 others are closed, while the queue is about 100m long.
