Edgars Middelburg Mall

Edgars Middelburg Mall clothes the whole family with the little things also available such as makeup, perfumes & underwear. So the good store receives a good score.

I did not spend much time in the shop, but in the short time I was there I managed to get most of the items I was looking for. The shop was clean, merchandise categorised in an orderly way and not cluttered. The shop has an airy atmosphere and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Not a bad experience. Got what we needed. Had a lot of sale items. Bit of revamping or moving might do the trick. Was confusing with all the sale items scattered across the store, lot of empty space.

Nothing wrong with Edgar's group but this store needs a wake up,walked around for some time looking for assistance, found some of the staff in small groups chatting away,was not very friendly when I asked for assistance, wil have to think about going there again.

Not enough staff at pay points.

Two slow tellers to service long queue of customers.

They have great deals for quality clothing especially on the winter ware

They don't cater for big people any more

No floor staff is assisting standing around and chatting and ignoring customers

Lovely, movable inside not crowded
