In store staff are oblivious of customers they have zero customer service, there are so many Edgar's staff standing around in the ship but none of them assists ,no urgency.
Service is Terrible. Management is USELESS. Worst store to shop
Your store closes at 5pm on Saturdays but at 7 minutes to closing time no customers is allowed to come in your store. Your staff is just rushing to get rid off the customers that is already inside the store and run home. Received worst service from the female security that was on duty that Saturday. You never close a door into a customer 's face
will never understand why retails stores have phone numbers if they are never picked up. its an hour now still no one picks up the phone. poor service
I have been trying to contact this store for the past 30 minutes. The one and only time someone picked up the phone my call was cut by them. Such poor poor poor customer service!! It's not even worth one star.
So gave them another shot, 6months later. Tried calling the store 15 times call ended everytime after 3 rings, totally disgusting. Wonder if Edgars headoffice is aware of the shoddy service.
The help I receive from Chantel was excellent she call almost all the stores that are close to me in oder to get what I want, I was so excited I wanted gift for my Friend even though I didn't get what I want I was impress by the service I received
A comprehensive multiple items Store where everything you need is available at affordable price and even at account basis also. So you can pay as you feel convenience at per month.
Such a nice store and big but not a single staff member insight, on person on the till and then she decides to leave to make a copy and leave the person behind me waiting.
The worst call service I've ever experienced most calls are not answered and if I'm lucky enough to get through to an employee I'm answered by unprofessional employees who have little to no respect for customers
