I was assisted by a cashier named Tebogo who was extremely rude n unproffessional. I came to cancel my laybye not knowing that i would get my deposit back. When i told her what im there for and asked her whether it means i will forfeit my deposit... she very rudely said to me i should not pretend as though i don't know that i will get my refund and continued on talking in a very insultung way. I am a regular buyer at Edgars but i wont use this branch any longer.
I miss the linen department. As for the it's thumbs down
Only one person at the till at the baby clothes department. Lots of staff all over the place with absolutely NO customer relation skill.
A big thank you to the wonderful service I received from the lady at the Dior stand. She went out of her way to assist me. Very helpful and friendly.
Most of the staff are friendly. But some cashiers get angry when you ask them something. Shop has a wide range of products. Prices are unfortunately high, but the quality is good. Very clean environment.

The people are friendly, helpful and even helped my mom who are in a wheelchair! We didnt wait long in line to pay even though there were quite a lot of shoppers as it was between 1&2.
Edgars Lochlogan Bloemfontein, a clean place, customers are treated good, the kids clothes are very affordable and stylish, fashionable too. At Edgars it's not crowded, and the space is enough for customers to shop freely. Covid-19 rules are taken seriously there, they remind customers to keep the social distance.
Great service! Also my favorite part is the Dior counter. Thanks Anastasia for the amazing service and Dior knowledge you have.
