Let’s start with Perfect! Spotless clean, modern, all the obvious facilities, well presented, quiet and only 30 second walk to the seafront and great places to eat or just walk. Cannot make any negative comments whatsoever and half the price of the Premier Inn. Will definitely be back and already recommended to 2 colleagues.Rooms: 5/5

I had an amazing stay in one of the single guest rooms. The location is stunning, right along the coast and has proximity to a few great cafe’s and restaurants. The room was clean and very quiet at night. If I am in Plymouth again I will definitely be staying here again!

What a lovely place. Rooms are done out very nicely and are ensuite. There are wardrobes and drawers for clothes/storage too. The only thing missing is a coat hanger on the door nitpicking! The rooms are quiet, clean and it smells pleasant. It is noticeable as you walk in, especially when comparing to some other places I've stayed at. The room was warm, comfy and nice and light. Perfect for me working away from home.

A peaceful and comforting stay. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location to the shore and nice owners. Could have done with more supplies like toilet paper and towels supplied after a 3 day stay. We only had one toilet roll. The wardrobe was full of dust and some carpet crumbs. It would have been nice to have a book detailing what to do in the city and an idea of making a note for them to address without calling their mobile number. The parking is also available but it is £5 a day and if it is not busy. However, great place!

Really lovely and spacious rooms a few steps away from the seafront and a few more from the Hoe. The owner is absolutely lovely and takes care of you 100%. I was here with my parents and we had 2 connected great rooms with 4 beds in total and also kitchen facilities which we didn’t use and 2 modern showers/bathrooms . Absolutely more than enough space for the 3 of us at an affordable price. Breakfast from 7 till 9 was also good and the cook is hilarious! Definitely family friendly and the fact that there are not a lot of rooms, allows you to be taken care of properly.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend - it was utterly perfect!!! Carla the owner was fantastic - friendly, helpful and welcoming! The rooms are all gorgeous managed to sneak a peek at other rooms. We stayed in their king size 4-poster room at the rear room 6, which had recently been refurbished. We had a TV, large shower, tea making facilities and lots of other things to make us feel welcome. The building's location is ideal - literally a 1 minute walk from the sea. Lots of great food venues near by and in close proximity to the Barbican and City Centre. Breakfast was lovely - made to order options included a vegetarian option, which were lovely. Alternately, they provide a continental breakfast bar area with plenty of things to choose from. I've stayed in a few places in Plymouth and this is by far the best - we'll definitely be back!
