Ekangala F Shoprite Usave

This store is a pure waste of time and an insult to Ekangala community. Shoprite should be ashamed of the poor operations of this store, lack of efficiency, professionalism, and extremely poor customer service. Go during the day only one or maybe two extremely slow tellers will be working. Spend 45 minutes on the queue only to get to pay point and be told their offline. Go to their fruits and vegetable sections and be greeted by old rotting bananas. I'm honestly disgusted by this store.

It was very busy for a rural supermarket and there were only 2 tills open, be prepared to wait long in queue..
