Best in the Mechelen area! I tried other places until I went to Els, and I haven't found a better place than hers. She is meticulous and always does a wonderful job! The color selection is very big, with also other extras like various kinds of glitters and different kinds of gels/gellak/biab etc. Highly recommended!
