BAD,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANAGER HIMSELF IS NOT FIT FOR HIS POSITION ....you'd swear the manager is working in his father company ..together with the stuff ....asked for a quotation for my material i paid everything by EFT made sure its an immediate Payment so that they can release the stuff to my mother as she my old mother was standing there she was turned up and down they were refusing to give her the material because they saying the payment is not reflecting it will take 24 hours to reflect so my mother should go back home and come back today.... without even checking with their accounts department, they refused to call their accounts department & that there's nothing they can do the account department will respond to them the next day .. im the one who had to call and ask them for their accounts department number to send the very same POP of payment, i was given a wrong number by a manager & u could see that they want to prove to me that the final say is theirs, im not gonna tell them kinda attitude but I paid for my stuff they acted as if im owing them... Up until i asked for my refund around 2pm since my mother was told to wait in the shop thats when my stuff was released to my mother .... The whole day my mother is seating in the shopn doing nothing because of some negligent PEOPLE,because the stuff at that moment is busy lazing around laughing having fun I HATE THIS SHOP I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND MY PEOPLE TO GO BUY AT BUILD IT , EVEN AT ANY BUILD IT FOR THAT MATTER THEY SUCK THEIR SERVICE SUCKS...
