Absolutely pathetic service! No response to emails, no answer when calling them, literally got no response since 10:30am and the bus was meant to depart at 18:30pm 11-08-2022. Received a text that they were delayed…no estimation of delay, no further communication of the various pick up points either. Had to book with InterCape as they are more reliable than Eldo Coaches! Very unprofessional!

As I am tall. The bus I travelled in did not provide enough legroom. If only they could address this. Otherwise the journey was on time

Service stinks. My boy and four others left PE on Sunday 9th October 2022 to Pretoria. On Monday 10 October 2022, at Park Station, Jo'burg they were told to disembark,cos the bus is not going to Pretoria. At the age 16, left stranded in one the most busiest stations in Africa. Not been properly assisted, guided or adviced to do what? With the parents in PE, any child would feel lost, confused and scared. I will badmouth you company, wherever I go... And I will this my mission

Arrived at boarding point on time. 2 hours later a gentleman appeared and informed us the our bus had broken down and a replacement was on the way. A while later we were told the driver is battling to get through the traffic. Up until then there was absolutely no apology. When the bus arrived it was without a toilet, no TV....nothing! After some time travelling, my tummy was upset.I walked to the front and explained to the driver. He drove a short distance and pulled off the road so I could go into the bushes. Arriving back in Johannesburg I e-mailed the company executive and now 3 years later still no apology. Danny Fourie.

Horrible service. Stuck in Northen Cape from Johannesburg to Cape Town. We stuck for 14 hours. No help from the company. Children were hungry, it was hot and the company did not even buy us water. People fainted and nobody cared. Just don’t use their service

Pathetic service. No communication take hours for contact Centre to answer the phones they don't get back to you. The office staff don't even know their own companies bus schedule. Bus not on time. Drivers rude why must South Africa have such terrible service

The first and the last time, 1 star for OTD. Bus service is horrible, no air-conditioned, no charging port, toilet smelling, all lies on ALL features nothing is working. Will not recommend for anyone.....

Great bus liner. 1. They need to improve maintainance of hygeine in the toilet inside the bus by having half way trip servicing. When their bus reaches half way on its routes, like a route from Cape Town to Durban somewhere in Port Elizaberth it should be serviced, otherwise it fills the bus with bad smell. 2. They can improve on maintainance of their USB charging ports. Most of the ports were off. 3. Pantuality can improve. If they can fix these areas they would be competing as one of the best especially since Greyhound exit. Thank you.

Terrible service from Aldo coaches the busses are not serviced and break down multiple times. They don't give you any information when the busses are late

We had a good trip with Eldo on Sunday, we came through on the Greyhound it was a pleasant trip.
